Product Description

Our steel track undercarriage system offers extended service life and broad application versatility. The complete assembly includes steel tracks, shoe wheels, guide wheels, rollers, chassis, and two traveling reducers (each comprising a motor, gearbox, brake and valve body). As a custom undercarriage for drilling rigs, it provides stable mounting for drilling equipment with precise handle-operated movement control — forward/reverse, turning and climbing.

Customization Capabilities

• Load Capacity Customization: 3T / 3.5T ratings; alloy-steel raw material for heavy-duty cycles.
• Dimension Customization: Size 3,400 × 1,720 × 1,500 mm, bucket 2,200 × 1,700 × 500 mm, track ground length 1,600 mm.
• Hydraulic Motor Customization: Two traveling reducers with motor + gearbox + brake + valve body; 0–18 km/h, 3F + 1R gears, clutch-brake steering, electric start.
