Product Description

This customized-design steel track undercarriage works as a custom undercarriage for drilling rigs while retaining full agricultural utility. The track shoe is fixed on the rail joint with high-strength bolts, and the chain rail joint is pressed onto the rail sleeve by interference fit. The 135 mm-pitch track is sealed with a special rubber ring against sand, water and abrasive media.

• Load Capacity Customization: 4 MT standard; grounding-ratio optimized design protects soil — emergence rate after compaction stays at 80–90% vs 30–40% for wheel tractors.
• Dimension Customization: Track size 2.3 × 1.65 m, grounding length 1.6 m, platform 3.3 × 1.85 × 0.5 m — all adjustable to your rig footprint.
• Hydraulic Motor Customization: 0–10 km/h, 4 gears (3 forward + 1 reverse), high/low speed options, 20° gradeability.
