• After completing the drilling structure, replace the central drilling tool promptly. Clean the hole bottom and remove residue. Stop drill bit rotation before slowly lifting the drilling tool, using just enough lifting force.
• Monitor and summarize drilling progress, carefully observe casing follow-up, understand specific hole conditions, and maintain hole cleanliness. Avoid forcing the drill bit during the drilling process.
• When excess rock slag accumulates at the hole bottom, potentially jamming the eccentric bit and affecting retraction, apply air pressure to clean the hole, briefly operate the DTH hammer, then lift the central drilling tool again.

The active drill pipe transmits torque from the drill pipe to achieve drilling, suitable for various core drills used in engineering geological exploration, hydrology, water wells, and large-diameter construction. Key selection factors include raw materials and processing technology, which determine resistance to fracture, water leakage, gluing, deformation, and wear.

Drill pipe joints made from 42CrMo undergo rough machining, quenching, tempering, heat treatment, finishing, and surface nitriding to prevent gluing and pulling issues while enhancing wear resistance and ease of disassembly.
