The ST 350 Water Well Deep Borehole Drilling Rig is a hydraulically driven system powered by a diesel engine. Featuring a simple, clear dashboard and crawler-mounted structure for easy mobility, this rig utilizes steel crawler chassis (with optional rubber crawlers for urban roads) and includes four standard high legs.

After well completion, measure the water level and corresponding water output according to drilling machine drainage conditions. Determine the total head of the water pump based on ground-to-dynamic water level height difference and irrigation method requirements. The water pump flow should not exceed the well's water flow capacity.

Filter elements prevent impurities from entering the oil or gas circuit systems. Replace all filter elements regularly according to operation and maintenance manual requirements. When replacing, check for metal particles on old filters and diagnose immediately if found. Use only pure filter elements that meet machine specifications.

Proper lubrication reduces moving surface wear and prevents noise. Store grease free from dust, sand, water, and other impurities. Recommended: Lithium grease G2-L1 with excellent anti-wear performance for heavy load conditions. During application, completely remove old grease and clean surfaces to prevent sand adhesion.

Select diesel brands according to ambient temperatures. Prevent fuel contamination with impurities, ash, or water to avoid premature fuel pump wear. Avoid inferior fuels with high paraffin and sulfur content that damage engines. Fill fuel tank after daily operations to prevent inner wall condensation. Drain water from tank bottom valve before daily operation.
