Operation Guidelines for Drilling Rig
- When engaging the clutch or rotating the working wheel, operate gently, evenly, and steadily
- When changing speed, engaging horizontal and vertical axle boxes, or changing transfer handles, the clutch must be in the disengaged position or the working wheel must be stopped
- When using the lift, avoid pressing down both left and right handlebars simultaneously
- After the gear oil pump starts, monitor the oil pressure gauge and hole bottom pressure indicator closely
- During drilling, adjust bottom hole pressure gradually - avoid sudden increases or decreases
- When using the oil pressure system for fast vertical shaft lifting (fast reversing rod), only operate under original load to prevent component damage
- Before moving the XY drill, loosen the locking mechanism, clean the guide rails, and apply lubricating oil; lock after moving
- Continuously monitor for impact sounds from all machine parts
- Check if gearbox, bearings, shaft sleeves, horizontal and vertical shaft gearboxes exceed hand temperature (60°C) and address immediately if so
- Avoid simultaneous use of all oil pressure control handles
