Three Materials of Leather Bowl
Nitrile Rubber Cup
Suitable for normal drilling environments with working pressure below 20MPa and working temperature not higher than 120℃. Offers excellent wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and long service life in common drilling environments.
Polyurethane Rubber Cup
Features excellent oil resistance and wear resistance. Working temperature is not higher than 120℃, suitable for oil-based mud with working pressure below 35MPa and working environments with high sand content.
Hydrogenated Nitrile Rubber Cup
Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, and high corrosion environments. Working pressure up to 75MPa and working temperature of 150℃. Hydrogenated nitrile rubber is aviation-grade rubber used in the petroleum industry. It offers exceptional wear resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, amine resistance, and steam resistance. In high temperature and high pressure working environments where other rubbers are quickly destroyed by hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, methane, steam, and acid, hydrogenated nitrile rubber cups demonstrate excellent comprehensive properties.
