Product Overview
Simple body design, more stable. With a high-power DC deceleration motor, obstacle crossing becomes particularly simple. Main functions: manned operation, obstacle crossing, traction, rescue, explosive disposal and exploration. Extended function: development platform for special robots such as patrol exploration, rescue and explosive disposal robots, special transportation, etc. Built as custom undercarriage for drilling rigs components.
Customization Capabilities
- Load Capacity Customization: Rubber track system loading capacity from 0.5T to 120T; complete with steel track, final drive, hydraulic motors, rollers and crossbeam.
- Dimension Customization: Track width 150 mm, grounding length 800 mm, chassis height 150 mm; body dimensions 1,270 × 960 × 1,200 mm — custom sizes per drawings.
- Hydraulic Motor Customization: 48V DC brushless motor (880W × 2, rated torque 36 N·m); running speed 0–1.2 m/s; remote control range up to 300 m.
