Product Overview
We provide electric track chassis, mechanical chassis, hydraulic remote control chassis and custom solutions tailored to customer requirements. Track systems are designed for loads from 300 kg to 400,000 kg, with rubber tracks, steel tracks or interchangeable tracks — the definition of a custom undercarriage for drilling rigs.
Customization Capabilities
- Load Capacity Customization: 4 MT standard; different steel track dimensions available at no extra cost.
- Dimension Customization: Track 2.3 × 1.65 m, grounding length 1.6 m, platform 3.3 × 1.85 m × 0.5 m; custom dimensions via intake form.
- Hydraulic Motor Customization: Track tension regulated by adjuster (bracket, crank arm, shaft sleeve, worm gear, screw, friction plate); tighter on hard roads, looser on desert/soft terrain.
