Product Description

This large-capacity crawler undercarriage is built as a custom undercarriage for drilling rigs, with the track shoe fixed to the rail joint by high-strength bolts and the chain rail joint pressed onto the rail sleeve by interference fit. The 135 mm-pitch track is sealed with a special rubber ring that keeps sand, water and corrosive media away from the rotating mating surfaces — dramatically extending track life and preventing excessive wear and snake-like tracking even in rock-roll operation.

Customization Capabilities

• Dimension Customization: Platform length, width and bucket geometry adapted to your drilling rig and folding-tower package.
• Load Capacity Customization: 3T / 3.5T ratings with reinforced frame options; hydraulic dump loading/unloading.
• Hydraulic Motor Customization: 0–18 km/h speed range, 3 forward + 1 reverse gears, clutch-brake steering and electric start — travel system tuned to machine weight.
