Product Overview

The BW160 crawler track undercarriage is a hydraulic rock drilling platform designed for water well borehole drilling up to 200 m depth. Its steel crawler chassis provides superior stability and mobility on varied terrains, and the whole platform — including mounting size, crawler size and mud pump package — is built as a custom undercarriage for drilling rigs.

Customization Capabilities

• Dimension Customization: Overall size 3.8 × 1.95 × 2.7 m; crawler size 350 × 90 × 48 mm per piece — adjustable to fit XY-1, ST-180, ST-200 and similar rig footprints.
• Load Capacity Customization: Chassis rated for full 200 m-class drill packages with mud pump, supporting up to 15 kW diesel power units.
• Hydraulic Motor Customization: Moving speed 10 km/h with climbing angle 20°; hydraulic landing legs with 1,300 mm effective height can be configured per site conditions.
