Working Principle
The mud pump is a horizontal triplex single-acting reciprocating piston pump.
During operation, the crankshaft drives the piston to move back and forth in the cylinder.
When the piston moves backward, a negative pressure is formed, and the liquid is sucked into the cylinder.
- When the piston moves forward, high pressure is generated to discharge the liquid.
- The three cylinders work alternately to realize continuous and stable high-pressure fluid delivery for drilling flushing and grouting.
- Geological Exploration: Core drilling (up to 1500m with diamond bits, 1000m with hard alloy), mineral exploration, and geological structure analysis.
- Construction Engineering: Foundation reinforcement for high-rises/bridges, tunnel wall grouting, and cast-in-place pile construction.
