• Select Appropriate Well Type: Choose from deep wells, large wells, counterpart pumping wells, foreign wells, and small-diameter tube wells based on groundwater availability. Use deep wells in areas with abundant deep groundwater, and large wells or small-diameter tube wells in areas with abundant shallow groundwater.
• Reasonable Well Layout: Arrange well locations according to local hydrogeological conditions. Reference existing water source wells when hydrogeological data is unavailable. Avoid drilling shallow wells in areas with limited shallow groundwater, and prevent overly dense well spacing in areas with abundant shallow groundwater to avoid interference between adjacent wells.
• Configure Appropriate Water Pump: After well completion, measure water level and output to determine pump requirements. Select pump total head based on ground-to-dynamic water level height difference and irrigation method. Ensure pump flow does not exceed well water flow capacity.
