The filter element filters impurities in the oil or gas circuit, preventing system faults. Replace filter elements regularly according to operation and maintenance manual requirements. Check for metal particles on old filter elements and diagnose if found. Use only pure filter elements that meet machine requirements.

Lubricating oil (grease) reduces moving surface wear and prevents noise. Store grease free from dust, sand, water and other impurities. Recommended: Lithium grease G2-L1 with excellent anti-wear performance for heavy load conditions. When filling, remove all old oil and clean surfaces to prevent sand adhesion.

Select diesel brands according to ambient temperatures. Avoid fuel contamination with impurities, ash, and water to prevent premature fuel pump wear. Inferior fuel with high paraffin and sulfur content damages engines. Fill fuel tank after daily operation to prevent inner wall condensation. Drain water from tank bottom valve before daily operation.
