The drill bit plays a crucial role in water well drilling operations. Bit quality directly affects drilling efficiency and quality. Proper selection and usage are essential for optimal production and operation.
- After completing the drilling structure, replace the central drilling tool promptly. Clean the hole bottom and blow away residue. Lift the drilling tool slowly when the lifting force is just sufficient.
- During drilling, monitor and summarize drill bit performance. Observe casing follow-up situation, understand specific hole conditions, and maintain hole cleanliness. Avoid forcing the drill bit during extraction.
- When excess rock slag accumulates at the hole bottom, causing eccentric bit rotation issues, apply air pressure to clean the hole. Allow the DTH hammer to work briefly before lifting the central drilling tool again.
- Regularly check surface paint for looseness and operating parts for rust
- Regularly inspect reinforcement for looseness
- Regularly examine welding positions for faulty welding and desoldering
- Perform no-load operation according to safety procedures, idling for 20 minutes
- Check hydraulic transmission system operation, hydraulic seals, oil pipes, and connectors for leaks
- Monitor temperature and verify vacuum pressure gauge functionality
- Inspect reinforcement for looseness and ensure all operations are sensitive and reliable
