Product Overview
The ST350 Water Well Drilling Rig for geothermal wells is an improved device equipped with Yuchai four-cylinder engine (China Ⅲ) that meets national standards for emissions and environment. The hydraulic system, supporting configuration, and appearance have been optimized to improve working efficiency. The double rotation motor increases rotary torque and revolving speed, and the optional 1.5 supporting oil cylinder makes loading and transport convenient.

Operating Guidelines
Water well drilling rigs play a crucial role in drilling operations. The drill bit is a critical component that directly affects drilling efficiency and quality. Proper selection and operation are essential for optimal performance.
- After completing the drilling structure, replace the central drilling tool promptly. Clean the hole bottom and blow away residue. When lifting the drilling tool, apply just enough force to lift it slowly after the drill bit stops rotating.
- During drilling, closely monitor casing follow-up and maintain awareness of hole conditions. Keep the hole clean when necessary and avoid pulling drill bits forcefully.
- When rock debris accumulates at the hole bottom and affects eccentric bit retraction, apply air pressure to clean the hole. Allow the DTH hammer to work briefly before resuming lifting operations.
