Daily Checks: Inspect the machine for visible damage, leaks, or loose components. Check air hoses for cracks, wear, or leaks. Ensure all bolts, nuts, and connections are tight.

Weekly/Monthly Checks: Inspect the drill bits for wear and tear. Replace if necessary. Check the air compressor and ensure it's functioning properly. Examine the pneumatic motor for signs of wear or damage.

Pneumatic Motor: Use a high-quality pneumatic tool oil to lubricate the motor regularly. Add a few drops of oil into the air inlet before each use to ensure smooth operation.

Moving Parts: Lubricate all moving parts, such as gears, bearings, and joints, to reduce friction and wear.

Drill Rods and Bits: Apply grease to the threads of drill rods and bits to prevent seizing and ensure easy disassembly.

Ensure the air compressor is clean and free of moisture or debris. Regularly drain the compressor tank to remove accumulated water. Clean or replace air filters to prevent dust and debris from entering the pneumatic system. Operate the machine at the recommended air pressure.

After each use, clean the machine to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Wipe down the exterior with a clean cloth. Remove any accumulated material from the drill bits and rods using a wire brush or compressed air.

Store the machine in a dry, clean place to prevent rust and corrosion. Store in an upright position to avoid damage to sensitive components. Use a protective cover to shield the machine from dust and moisture.

Reduced Power: Check for air leaks in the hoses or connections. Ensure the air compressor is delivering the correct pressure.

Overheating: Inspect for insufficient lubrication or blocked air passages. Allow the machine to cool down before resuming work.

Unusual Noise: Check for loose components or damaged internal parts. Stop using the machine and inspect it thoroughly.

Schedule regular servicing by a qualified technician to inspect and maintain critical components. Replace worn-out parts, such as seals, O-rings, and bearings, as recommended by the manufacturer.
