Widely used for drinking water wells, farm irrigation wells, construction and mining drilling works in hard rock and mountain areas.
The drilling rig operates using reverse circulation with a mud pump system. Circulating fluid flows from the sedimentation tank to the well bottom through the annular gap, while the rotary table drives the drill pipe and bit. Negative pressure created by the mud pump removes debris through the drill pipe's inner cavity, completing the efficient reverse circulation process.
When encountering different geological layers during drilling, specialized methods ensure optimal results. For gypsum layers, calcium removal techniques using soda ash and viscosity reducers maintain drilling efficiency. The system adapts to various strata including quicksand layers with appropriate countermeasures.
