During operation, the water well drilling rig uses the pump for reverse circulation. Under atmospheric pressure, circulating fluid flows from the sedimentation tank to the bottom of the well through the return ditch along the annular gap. The rotary table drives the drill pipe to rotate the drill bit for drilling. The negative pressure created by the mud pump suction draws debris mud into the drill pipe's inner cavity and discharges it into the sedimentation tank. The sedimented circulating fluid continues to flow into the well, completing the reverse circulation drilling process.
