 Xy-1A Small Rock Drilling Equipment  is designed for highway and building construction foundation drilling, general survey, geophysical exploration, and blast hole drilling applications.

• Bracket installed on the hoist forms a double wheel support structure, capable of withstanding strong blows
• Vertical box with four pairs of bearings positioned to ensure sufficient rigidity for responding to gravel layers and complex geological conditions
• Utilizes national patent technology taper clutch with characteristics of strong transmission torque, easy operation, and free maintenance
• Uses 46×51 active drill rods with high rigidity and strong delivery torque

• The drill shall be placed stably and firmly, with tappet adjusted by automatic fine adjustment or plumb hammer to maintain vertical alignment
• Before startup, check and confirm that all parts are firmly connected, transmission belt tightness is appropriate, reduction box oil level meets regulations, and depth limit alarm is effective
• Before starting, place control lever in neutral position. After starting, perform idle operation test to check that instruments, temperature, sound, braking, and other functions work normally
• During operation, when changing rotation direction, wait until the drilling rig stops completely
• When drilling, if the frame shakes, moves, deviates, or there is a rhythmic sound in the drill bit, stop drilling immediately and resume only after treatment
• In case of power failure, put all controllers at zero position, cut off power supply, and pull out all drill pipes to make drill bit contact the ground
• During operation, prevent cable from being entangled in drill pipe and ensure a specially assigned person monitors the operation
