After finishing a hole or before opening a new hole, perform short-term maintenance including:
- Grease injection to high-frequency heavy load parts (main winch bearing, lifting gear, main pulley, slewing support, mast luffing cylinder bearing)
- Daily cleaning of oil-water separator
- Three-day interval cleaning of diesel tank bottom
- Regular inspection of drill bucket wear with repair welding if necessary
- Check welding parts of drill pipe pin and drill pipe square head
- Inspect connecting pin shaft and bolt of drill bucket hook and top cylinder
- Check lock wire of bucket bottom rotary shaft
- Lightly apply grease on mast slide and main coil steel wire rope
