300m Depth GY 200 Core Drilling Machine For Underground Coring

The GY 200 Water Well Drilling Machine is designed for 300-meter deep underground coring operations with wheel-mounted mobility. This rig is suited for geotectonic survey, geological core drilling, and small hole drillings for grout, blast, and water well applications in railway, water conservancy, bridge, dam foundation, and other construction projects.

Diamond drill bits, alloy drill bits, and steel roller drill bits are available for drilling according to different geological structures.

This drilling rig is primarily used for:

• Geological general investigation and exploration
• Road and tall building foundation exploration
• Various holes in concrete structures
• River levees and subgrade grouting holes
• Drilling and direct grouting operations
• Civil wells and earth temperature central air conditioning systems

Geological survey can be divided into three main methods:

• Geophysical Exploration: Identifies lithology, groundwater levels, and karst cave distribution based on conductivity, magnetism, density, and elastic wave propagation speed through different underground strata and media.
• Drilling: Combined with pit (groove) exploration to obtain subsurface samples.
• Penetration: Serves as both an exploration method and an in-situ test method.

Drilling involves sinking a drill string into the ground while injecting special mud, allowing fragments of rock and gas samples to be brought to the surface. Multiple boreholes are typically drilled to delineate potential deposits.

Preventive measures for hole collapse must meet two primary conditions: mud liquid column pressure must equal technological pore pressure, and water infiltration into rock and soil or seepage around the hole wall should be minimized.

• Increase mud density to enhance mud liquid column pressure and balance formation pressure
• Use larger mud-to-plastic ratios to protect the hole

• Start pumps gradually and maintain constant tension on drill pipes to avoid sudden pressure increases and violent impacts on hole walls
• Design drilling tracks and reaming procedures according to underground obstacle distribution to avoid excessive curvature in guide holes
• Control mud density and rheological properties to maintain appropriate liquid column pressure and low mud return velocity
