- Read instructions thoroughly before use to ensure safe and normal operation
- Position the drilling rig and swing traveling wheel 180° backward, then operate handle to lift traveling and steering wheels off ground
- Adjust four adjusting bolts to secure base firmly in working position
- Wipe drill column and lifting screw, then adjust spindle position
- Connect water pump to water source and fill bucket to ensure normal water supply
- Install upper drill bit
- Check and adjust all engine components according to gasoline engine operation manual
- Start engine and begin drilling and coring operations
