The ST 300 Pneumatic Drilling Rig is primarily suitable for drilling wells, agricultural irrigation wells, geothermal air conditioning holes, and other water well applications. It is particularly effective for water intake projects in mountainous areas and rock strata, offering efficiency more than ten times higher than traditional rotary drilling rigs. This rig effectively solves construction problems associated with hard rock layers, gravel, and pebble layers, enabling work under various geological conditions.
When well bit slips occur, the procedure involves determining muck thickness through display readings after two tripping operations. Based on soil analysis and hardness assessment of the dropped material, a drill bucket smaller than the pile diameter is used to address slipping issues. The gap between the diameter drill bucket and hole wall allows dropped soil to be managed under drill pipe bucket pressure, enabling normal drilling operations when contacting solid soil.
