This rig is designed for 260 meters drilling depth and is widely used in drilling wells, inspection wells, precipitation wells, rescue wells and other projects. This machine can utilize both air compressor and mud pump systems, enabling operation in all formations with customized hole diameters.

ST260 Air Drilling Rig Features
- High efficiency and multi-functional down the hole water well drilling equipment suitable for water wells, agricultural irrigation wells, geothermal wells and other type well holes. Particularly suitable for mountain areas and rock stratum water sourcing projects.
- Capable of drilling in different strata with maximum bore diameter up to 450mm.
- Features big torque hydraulic motor for power head, brand diesel engine, and large diameter hydraulic cylinders for the hydraulic control system. The diesel engine is protected by 2-level air filtration systems and can directly use clean air from the air compressor.
- Unique bump set design and centralized controlled operation system for easy maintenance and convenient machine operation.
- Utilizes excavator crawler chassis for high off-road performance, and can also be mounted on a truck for enhanced maneuverability.
Drill Tower Oil Cylinder Installation Guide
- When the connecting pin cannot be pulled out during rotary locking connecting rod removal, jog repeatedly to rotate left and right.
- Expand the track to fully extend the track width.
- Connect the upper mast and the middle mast. Loosen the fixing pin between them (required during transportation), extend the upper mast and pulley frame to align with the middle mast, and use bolts to reliably connect them.
- Connect the lifting anchor frame to the transverse fixed beam of the pulley frame with the piston rod of the pressurizing oil cylinder using a sleeve lock rope. Operate the handle to extend the piston rod and pull up the pulley frame until the support is close to the upper end face of the upper mast, then connect with bolts.
- Connect the middle mast and the lower mast. Pull out the main winch wire rope to sufficient length, slowly erect the mast to vertical state. When the masts align, stop operating and use bolts to reliably connect them.
- Remove the lower mast support rod.
- Connect the pressurizing oil cylinder and the power head. Adjust the mast to vertical, extend the oil cylinder near the power head, repeatedly adjust position, and finally install the connecting pin with baffle bolt.
