South Asia Customer XY Series Water Well & Core Drilling Rig Project, Smooth Container Unloading

Project Background

Our customer from Bangladesh is engaged in rural drinking water well drilling and shallow geological exploration. Their old drilling rig frequently broke down with high maintenance costs. They needed a multi-functional hydraulic drilling rig capable of both water well drilling and core sampling. The machine must fit sea container shipment and be easy to assemble on muddy local job sites without complex lifting equipment.

Selected Equipment

XY hydraulic integrated drilling rig. It can drill water wells up to hundreds of meters deep and conduct geological core sampling. Compact frame design for easy container loading. Powered by diesel engine, it works reliably in remote sites without electricity supply, perfectly matching rural drilling conditions in South Asia.

Delivery & On-site

The rig was fully tested and anti-rust packed at our factory before container loading. The photo shows the customer’s team unloading the machine from the container on arrival. They used a simple tripod and chain hoist. The customer confirmed the machine arrived in good condition with no damage and complete spare parts.
